Terminal South Ribbon Cutting Celebrated in Peoplestown with Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens

On Monday, February 23, 2026, Stafford celebrated the official ribbon cutting of Terminal South, a new mixed-use destination in Atlanta’s historic Peoplestown neighborhood.

Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens joined the celebration alongside Atlanta City Councilmembers Jason Winston and Jason Dozier, along with community leaders, project partners, and the small business owners who now call Terminal South home.

Located just steps from the Southside Trail of the Atlanta BeltLine, Terminal South transforms two former warehouse structures into a vibrant hub for dining, retail, and community gathering.

Terminal South represents the adaptive reuse of two industrial warehouse buildings, bringing approximately 45,625 square feet of mixed-use space to the corridor. At the heart of the project is Switchman Hall, a food hall featuring a curated collection of locally owned restaurants.

Additional retail and service tenants further activate the property, creating a destination designed to serve both neighborhood residents and visitors exploring the BeltLine.

By preserving the character of the existing structures while introducing new energy and activity, the project reflects Stafford’s commitment to thoughtful development that supports small businesses and strengthens Atlanta’s neighborhoods.

The ribbon cutting marked an important milestone for the project and the Peoplestown community. Guests gathered to celebrate the opening, tour the space, and hear remarks from city leaders recognizing the development’s role in bringing new investment and opportunity to the area.
