The social and commercial hub for the historic Peoplestown neighborhood of Atlanta, Terminal South is located steps away from the Atlanta BeltLine and will be the final stop on the city’s first-ever rapid transit line — MARTA Rapid. The project features the adaptive reuse of two former warehouse structures, introducing approximately 45,625 SF of mixed-use space that now welcomes its first locally owned businesses, with more on the way.

At the heart of the project is Switchman Hall, a restaurant collective featuring 18 unique concepts. Alongside the dining experience, Terminal South is home to retail shops and creative workspaces, making it a vibrant destination for neighbors and visitors alike.

The project has been recognized with the CoStar Impact Award for Redevelopment of the Year (Atlanta) and named one of Atlanta Magazine’s “Best of Atlanta,” reflecting its role as a standout example of community-driven redevelopment.
