Stephanie Ruffin joined the Stafford team in 2016, and serves as Real Estate Manager. She is responsible for all aspects of lease administration and supports both development and acquisition/disposition efforts, working with a portfolio that totals over 1.5 million square feet of retail and office locations. Prior to her work with Stafford, Stephanie worked with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in Atlanta and Rebus, LLC in Decatur. She has over five years of experience in lease administration, property accounting, property management, facilities management coordination, contract and vendor management, receivership and REO restructuring, as well as project management expertise.
Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Business Administration degrees from Georgia Southern University. She is a mother of one, and in her spare time, she translates a true love of cooking and baking into event coordinating, catering and decorating for a local clientele. She also enjoys singing and playing the violin.
