Jay McDonald joined the Stafford Board of Directors in 2013. He currently serves as Founder and CEO of Middleton McDonald Group, Inc., specializing in executive mentoring and coaching, investment banking, consulting, business advisory services and general mediation.
Jay is a serial entrepreneur, serving as President, CEO and leader throughout his career, including multiple businesses spanning various industries. He and his team grow both revenues and profitability significantly, creating successful exits for each business, while creating significant value for shareholders. Jay has served on numerous boards and is currently a Chair for Vistage Worldwide and leads several leadership peer groups for C-level executives in the Atlanta area.
Jay is past Chairman of the Georgia Tech Alumni Association, former member of the Governor’s Council for Science & Technology Development, a Leadership Georgia Alumnus and a member of the prestigious, invitation only Forbes Coaches Council. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and his Masters of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
