Jay Mannelly joined the Stafford Board of Directors in 2017. He is a co-founder of Bullock, Terrell & Mannelly and currently serves as the principal in charge of Development, Construction and the Land Group for Bullock Mannelly Partners, Inc. having developed over 4.5 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space. Stafford is excited to welcome Jay’s land knowledge and entitlement expertise to the team.
He has served on the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and as the East Marietta Junior Sports Association Board Chairman. He is currently a member of ULI and serves on the Marist School Board of Trustees having previously held the position of Booster Club President from 1989-1990.
Jay holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Notre Dame. He is happily married with 2 children, 4 stepchildren, and 15 grandchildren.
