Across the street from where the Atlanta Braves used to play in Summerhill, a new hotel and retail complex is in the works that could substantially change the vibe of an area that’s witnessed striking changes in recent years.
At the northwest corner of Georgia Avenue and Hank Aaron Drive, just north of Georgia State Stadium, developer Stafford Properties is preparing to move forward with a 115-key Aloft hotel, officials told Curbed Atlanta this week.
