Rhonda Kent Director of Safety & Risk Management

Rhonda Kent began her tenure with Stafford in 1997, and currently serves as Director of Safety & Risk Management. For approximately 11 years, Rhonda worked alongside Stafford’s CFO, helping with acquisitions, financing of real estate and sales of property, while managing the insurance portfolio for the company’s real estate locations and worker’s compensation policy, as well as property tax matters. In 2010, she transitioned into risk management for employee and guest safety, and now oversees the company’s safety programs, along with the insurance portfolio an property taxes. Prior to her employment with Stafford, Rhonda was an assistant to a commercial banker and a personal banker for a financial institution.

Rhonda and her husband, Charles, have been happily married for 29 years, and live in Kathleen, GA. They have four children and five grandchildren, and enjoy traveling to visit family when Charles is not ministering in local churches.
