Kelly Passmore Executive Director - Human Resources

Kelly Passmore began her career with Stafford in 1995, as a college student working at the Tifton Holiday Inn. After holding numerous management roles, Kelly joined the corporate office in 2010, and currently serves as Human Resources Director. Her focus is on ensuring compliance, providing support to management, employee relations and benefit administration.

Kelly earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Valdosta State University, and serves on the Tift County Board of Human Resources Appeal Board. Kelly and her husband have been married for 11 years and are active members of their community. They enjoy spending family time with their four children, and supporting them in their activities, which include football, dance and soccer.
