Chad Tullos Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Officer

Chad Tullos came to Stafford in 2007, and is the company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer and Corporate Secretary. Since his start with the company, Chad’s primary focus has been financing, special projects, cash flow forecasting and asset management.

Chad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Georgia. Chad is an avid Georgia Bulldog fan, and enjoys golfing, hunting, cycling, running and fishing, as well as a nice crawfish boil!
